COLERIDGE — Several Coleridge High School boys’ basketball players were honored last week with post-season awards.

Seth Schroeder and Tyler Hefner were named to the Lewis and Clark Conference All Conference First Team. Jamie Huss was named to the All Conference Honorable Mention Team.
Schroeder and Hefner led the West Division Champion Bulldog offense this season.
Schroeder connected for a team-high 298 points this season, while Hefner was right behind him with 291.
Schroeder also led the team in rebounding, pulling down 166 boards this season. He recorded six double-doubles on the year. The 6-4 senior hit for more than 20 points twice this season, connecting for 24 against Wausa and hitting for 23 and pulling down 12 boards against Verdigre.
Hefner was also an offensive force for the ‘Dawgs. He hit for 20 points in three games this year. He connected for a season-high 23 points against Verdigre. He then hit for 20 in back-to-back games against Dodge and Newcastle.
Another Coleridge senior, Jamie Huss, just missed the 200-point scoring mark this season, connecting for 190 this season.

Huss had his best game of the year back in December in an overtime win over Hartington. He popped in 22 points in that contest to lead his team to the win, in what would prove to be the West Division Championship game.
Huss also led the team in assists, dishing out 76 on the year.
