Local teams end season in Top 10
HARTINGTON — For the first time in 29 years, both of Hartington’s boys’ basketball teams have finished the regular season rated in the Top 10 in the state in their respective classes.
Hartington High School’s 19-4 record earned the Wildcats a seventh-place ranking in Class D1.
The Cedar Catholic Trojans finished the season rated ninth in Class C2. Cedar started the season off on shaky ground, but improved to earn a 13-10 record and a berth in the C2 State Tourney.
